Republican Party of Sheboygan County
Can the RPW (and Amy Binsfeld) tolerate such a grass roots organization?
This past Saturday (January 20, 2024) the Republican Party of Sheboygan County (RPSC) held its annual caucus. The members passed, overwhelmingly, a mission statement, a patriot statement, and an amendment to their constitution.
Amy Binsfield spoke to the group for just over 17 minutes in what can only be described as a unpleasant and condescending rebuke of the grass roots party that the RPSC has become. I will take you through the entire speech point by point. There’s quite a bit to discuss. Much of what is happening in Sheboygan County is happening elsewhere in the state. We have just learned that the Republican Party of Barron County has had its charter pulled due to squabbles between board members and elected Republicans who consider themselves above reproach. Much of Binsfeld’s speech is eerily similar. As WCD has stated many times, elected officials promise to go and fight for the republican platform, a very conservative platform, but end up falling in line with the establishment. The reason I am taking the time to put together this presentation is because Binsfeld clearly is using the talking points from leadership (sometimes referred to as the swamp or the establishment). Most grass roots party members don’t have the experience I do, so it’s important that I clarify some of her statements.

Amy Binsfeld, one and half minutes in – she responds to the caucus passing the mission statement and patriot definition by saying you won’t see her at GOP events, she’s taking her ball and going home. Haven’t patriots, tea party members, and conservatives, been told again and again by the establishment, be part of the team? But have the local party pass a resolution that they are pro-life and she’s not coming there no more… I guess party leaders and elected officials don’t mind platforms as long as they don’t need to abide by them, and don’t interfere with swamp activities.
At three minutes into her spiel, she actually uses the term “the 1849 Act” to address the ban on abortion that was passed in 1849. News for Amy, stop using democrat talking points. Statutes do not expire after a certain amount of time. The State Constitution is that old, we still honor that don’t we? The first thing we all need to do is get control of the language. Two plus two is four, and abortion is illegal until the legislature makes it legal, simple as that.
At 4:43 she says that a 14 week abortion laws is reasonable, and the governor will veto a shorter period (she must be delirious, the governor will veto this one). At 6:40 she claims she is not a patriot because the RPSC patriot clause that was passed with overwhelming support, says she would need to protect life starting at conception.
At 9:40 in she decides that the resolution passed by the RPSC caucus, legally assembled, is not free speech. She calls it “group think” because it puts her at odds with the real “group think” folks over at the state capitol. She voted for Vos, Wedding barns, the Monday Count bill, a moronic “rape and incest” bill and much more. But again, “group think” really?
At 10:45 in, she talks about the constitutional amendments (Zuckerberg money and legal status to vote) that the governor can’t stop. So, she is aware that constitutional amendments bypass the governor. No one asks why the legislature doesn’t do a 8 week abortion bill as a constitutional amendment. Let’s revisit the 14 week abortion bill that they are putting forth with not one item that someone who professes to be pro-life can hang their hat on. Not a dollar for counseling or adoption. No mandate to provide proper information at the abortion clinic. Nothing. The only thing they did is to make a 14 week abortion window the new “Republican position” and starting point for future bills and efforts. By the way, Binsfeld voted for Rep. Donna Rozar’s amendment to not include rape and incest in the 14 week period because 14 weeks isn’t “reasonable enough” time to decide you were raped. Furthermore, there is no enforcement of the the rape clause. It appears that all one has to do is say they were raped and they can get an abortion right up to the moment of birth! Nice job Amy!!! NOT!!!
At 14:50 she says drop boxes were “deemed” illegal by the Supreme Court. No Amy they were CONFIRMED illegal by the supreme Court, big difference. The statutes were and remain clear; ballots must be returned to the clerk’s office. At 15:00 she actually stated that Wolfe declared them legal under her authority as WEC administrator! WEC has NO authority to circumvent state law! We now can precisely understand why there is no movement on AR-18. These legislators just listen to Vos’s talking points and go on their merry way. But she’s against “group think”!
At 17 minutes she ends her speech talking about education. Amy Binsfeld is the one who needs to be educated. You can’t represent your people on the issues if you don’t yourself understand the issues.
Binsfeld is not the only one who doesn’t understand the issues. Chanz Green and his staff don’t even know how to spell Meagan Wolfe’s name (not the biggest deal but it was official correspondence).
So… An impeachment resolution that is the responsibility of the Assembly, doesn’t belong in the Assembly? Who knew? Green also thinks that the impeachment of Meagan Wolfe is all about 2020? What about 2024? She is still the administrator of WEC. She still authorized illegal drop boxes. She failed to protect seniors in nursing homes. She allowed “democracy in the park” and the two clerks in Milwaukee and Madison to promote “indefinitely confined” so that people didn’t need to show an ID. Message to Chaz… Meagan Wolfe is STILL the administrator of WEC! And broadband is NOT more important that valid elections! smh.
For all of you who doubt Meagan Wolfe’s role in the Zuckerbucks scam… below is a picture from my Substack 10# . After being confronted by the Campaigns and Elections Committee, Meagan Wolfe said she didn’t know Rubenstein or Hillary Hall. Hillary Hall is the infamous clerk in Colorado that was sued by Republicans twice for not allowing observers at the polls and was shut down by the Colorado Supreme Court for illegally marrying gay couples. It’s hard to believe the head of our elections commission didn’t know who she was! I did.
Both Green and Binsfeld are freshman and have already handed your voice over to Robin Vos … So do you wonder why we are in the shape we’re in?
I don’t…
